Tasting Note
Nose: Honey, subtly floral malt, a crash of sea spray and a few touches of spearmint.
Palate: Salty peat smoke, golden syrup, a fiery kick of cinnamon and cassia. Some lighter hints of orange oil and jasmine tea.
Finish: Brown sugar, red grapes and oatcakes.
