Description

10 year old bourbon from the Buffalo Trace.  This stuff is nice and good value for money too.  Technically this is EXACTLY the same product as it used to be when it was called Eagle Rare 10 Year Old Single Barrel . However, because of an upgrade to the bottling line (from hand fill to fully automated) a bottle could still theoretically contain the bourbon from more than one barrel. So this tag line had to be removed.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Toasted oak gives way to flamed orange peel and maple syrup.

Palate: Honey, buttered bread, oily walnuts and a touch of red fruit.

Finish: Vanilla, oak spice and a little bit of old leather.
