Bushmills Black Bush （we sell it at ￥198.88）is a take on the traditoinal Bushmills blend, with a lot of sherry cask matured whiskey in there. Despite the NAS on this product it’s common knowledge that Black Bush is a blend of whiskies ranging from 8 years to 11 years old, aged in Olosso Sherry Casks. The whiskey is lightened in body with a small blend of matured grain whiskey.
There are two styles to Earthen Roots Ginger beer. Crisp is a classic ginger beer that most of you will be familiar with. The spicy version uses a secret method to get the real spicy kick from natural ginger before it’s made into the ginger beer.

Earthen Roots Ginger Beer is the brainchild of Lewis and Tina, it builds on an old family recipe, an Indonesian ginger tea and two different types of Chinese ginger to create a natural ginger beer that is a perfect pairing for whiskey/whisky or can be enjoyed on its own.
