Tamnavulin White Wine Cask Edition

Description

Tamnavulin White Wine Cask Edition has been matured in both American Oak Barrels and Sauvignon Blanc White Wine Casks giving a fresh, fruity character.

The distillery is situated in the rural village of Tomnavulin on the banks of the Corrie Stream and the River Livet. They draw their water from an underground spring in the Easterton Hills. This water is formed by snowmelt from the surrounding mountains and is naturally filtered through ancient limestone rock.

Tasting Note:

Colour: Polished amber.

Nose: Honeydew melon, green apple, white peach and vanilla coconut cream.

Taste: Lemon, grapefruit and baked apple tart with a hint of ginger and cinnamon spice.

Finish: Soft, sweet and fruity.
