Description

This rich and complex Irish single malt from Bushmills was aged first in bourbon and oloroso sherry casks, before a generous finish in first-fill ruby port pipes for 21 years. The nose has intense aromas of ripe dark fruits, honey and toasted wood, joined on the palate by sweet almonds, caramelised stone fruits and berries with dark chocolate spices and damson.

CASKS: Bushmills 25 Year Old single malt whiskey is triple distilled from 100% malted barley and matured in Oloroso sherry butts and bourbon barrels for between four and six years before being finished for 21 years in first-fill ruby port pipes.
