Deep smoky flavours reminiscent of evening campfire embers. Peat bog vistas and damp moss on north facing peaks. Fruit and spices arrive on ships, in the wake of sea spray from the briny deep. Truly an Apotheosis of taste from the Scottish Isles.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: BBQ smoke, peat and sea salt. Seaweed, roasted nuts and brown sugar. Faint notes of tropical fruits and vanilla.

Taste: Bonfire smoke and peat dominate with grilled pineapple, oak and pepper spice.

Finish: A burst of sea salt with cabbage, more peat and bonfire embers.
