LAGG Corriecravie Whisky

Description

Introducing the second release in our core range of Single Malts from Lagg Distillery: the Lagg Single Malt Corriecravie Edition, available in limited quantities annually.

The Corriecravie Edition starts its maturation journey in Bourbon Barrels and is then refined for about six months in Oloroso Sherry Hogsheads, sourced directly from the renowned producer Miguel Martin in Jerez, Spain. This edition boasts a slightly richer taste profile compared to the Kilmory expression, highlighting notes of sweet spiced berries, dark chocolate and hazelnut.

Tasting Note

Nose: Dark chocolate and spiced red berries.

Palate: Rich and mouth watering with subtle notes of charred embers and hazelnut.

Finish: Charred Oak, Smoke, Hazelnut, Dark chocolate, Sweet Spice.
