Description
West Cork Single Malt Sherry Cask Finished Irish Whiskey is made from 100% malted barley, and distilled in a small batch. It is patiently matured in first fill Bourbon casks & finished in Bodegas Baron sherry casks. It is non chill filtered and also bottled without added colour at 43%.
Aroma: Dried prunes, fig, sherry and vanilla notes.
Taste: Sweet at the beginning but then finishes dry with some spiciness present.
