This whisky is said to contain some spirit that is around 8 years old. This whisky offers up notes of chocolate, lime, oak, butter, spice, dessert wine, warm malt, citrus rind, toast, and cracked pepper. Bottled at 48% ABV and without chill filtration, this ensures that the spirit’s flavours are assertive and satisfying on the palate.
Tasting Notes:
Nose – Warm amber in appearance, sweet vanilla and subtle spice combine with fruitier green apple and grapefruits on the nose.
Palete – Butter cream and vanilla pave the way to fruity green apple skin and citrus cleanliness, leading to an elegant and subtle finish.
