Description
HighLand Park Leif Eriksso was launched in March 2010 for the travel retail market. This release is to celebrate the first European to reach America over a thousand years ago. Leif Eriksson reveals a wonderful balance of honey sweetness, citrus fruit and spicy smoke, thanks to its maturation in sherry seasoned American oak casks.
Highland Park is the most northerly distillery in Scotland on the Orkney Island. Legend has it that it was founded by Whisky smuggler Magnus Eunson in the late 1700s and that he used his position as a church officer to conceal Whisky beneath the church pulpit.
