The Johnnie Walker “Gods of Wealth” series features images of the gods of wealth, which in Chinese traditional culture representing “Wisdom, Vision, Integrity, Fortune, and Luck”. Beyond that, using 18K gold engraving techniques and Chinese-style patterns to make the masterpiece. The five gods of wealth are said to guard the five directions – north, south, east, west, and center.
Inspired by the art of calligraphy, each bottle is individually engraved in gold. shows outstanding craftsmanship and attention to detail.
This particular bottle features the Wisdom emblazed God of Wealth bottle which is a rare collectible for all Johnnie Walker whisky lovers.
With the aim of creating a mellow, smooth “19th Century” taste, master blender Jim Beveridge blended the whisky for Eastern gods, immortals of Fortune, Wealth and Longevity.
