Description
A 21 year old single malt whisky from the Glen Elgin distillery. Matured in hogsheads #3260 & #3261 casks from December 1995 to October 2017. Following its maturation, this was bottled by Signatory as part of their Un-Chillfiltered Collection. And as such, it was not chillfiltered.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Orange peels drizzled with honey, grated nutmeg, cedar.
Palate: Basil and thyme bring herbaceous notes, white sweeter elements include brown sugar, hot cross bun and dates.
Finish: Slightly oily.
