Tasting Note
Nose: Pear drops, green apples, custard, freshly baked pastries with flakes almonds and a dusting of sugar.
Palate: Honeyed porridge, more green apple brightness, a slow build of red berries, perhaps a touch of festive spice.
Finish: Fried banana, drying oaky spices, waxy citrus peels.
