Description
This single malt from the Wolfburn distillery is crafted from lightly peated spirit which has been matured in a combination of first-fill bourbon barrels and second-fill bourbon quarter casks.
WOLFBURN 2022 FLYING TIGER limited edition is made specially for 2022 CHINESE NEW YEAR . This lightly peated whisky made from malted barley infused with smoke during the drying process. The flavour imparted by the smoke reflects Wolfburn’s history – the original 19th Century distillery was largely fired by peat. Gentle distillation is followed by maturation in the purpose-built warehouses. The result is a beautifully smooth and rounded whisky.
